Steve Johnson is the Regional Vice President of Operations based in the Midwest. He currently manages five drilling offices with more than 100 employees. Steve has worked in the drilling industry for more than 30 years, starting his career as a driller assistant. Over the next 15 years, he worked as a driller, driller trainer and a field supervisor before being appointed regional operations manager. When Cascade acquired Boart Longyear in 2013, Steve was promoted to his current role.
