Mr. Tooyak is Cascade’s Southwest Regional EHS Manager. He has nearly two decades of experience in EHS management, having worked most recently as an EHS Executive Director in the oil and gas industry. Mr. Tooyak is a graduate of the University of Alaska Anchorage, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration. His areas of expertise include injury prevention, hazard recognition and prevention, and management mentorship. He holds certifications in behavior-based coaching and Incident Free Culture (IFC) training.
