Cascade is committed to being a premier field services contractor that partners with our clients to provide seamless environmental and geotechnical solutions from concept to completion.  The Environmental Services group is integral to this mission by lessening the burden of waste management for our clients.  The Environmental Services group has extensive knowledge of the complexity of waste management and the importance of maintaining compliance in a complicated regulatory landscape.  This team is led by Nick De Leon.

Nick joined Cascade in 2012 and brings 20 years of environmental service experience including management and oversight of RCRCA TSDF facility operations, Industrial Waste Water Treatment, Landfill, Oil Processing and Refining, and Solid Waste facilities.   He has extensive knowledge in waste handling, profiling, processing, permitting, and environmental regulations.  Over the course of his career, he has obtained certifications in RCRA, DOT, OSHA, and CHMM.
