Michael Dodson has over 35 years’ experience, with over 20 years of ERH design and implementation experience. Mr. Dodson acted as the leader of two teams (Current Environmental Solutions, and Thermal Remediation Services) that first licensed ERH from Dow Chemicals and commercialized the technology. He has been involved in over 75 ERH projects across the United States. Mr. Dodson continues to provide technical oversight to the Cascade Thermal team while spearheading business development and marketing programs.
