As Senior Vice President of Operations, Bill is responsible for strategy development, P&L management to support business operations, capital expenditure planning, and financial performance of his division.  Bill provides operational leadership with a focus on safety, quality, and professional development for his team of more than 200 employees across six locations.

Bill joined the Cascade team in 2015 through the acquisition of Aquifer Drilling & Testing where he spent 18 years providing drilling and related services for environmental, geotechnical and geothermal applications. Bill spent years perfecting the technology for drilling and installing horizontal wells for oil production.   He was part of an eight-man group developing and implementing the equipment to install horizontal wells for environmental applications.  Bill holds a B.S. in Geology from Arizona State University.
